Here is our approach to the building process.
- Each project is assigned an on-site project manager that will remain with the project from concept to finished home. In addition, we provide a "Home Owners Handbook" which includes warranty and maintenance literature for appliances and mechanical systems, along with basic home care and recommendations for scheduled services.
- We provide a range of services in order to facilitate the cost-effective production of a building plan. Whether it be drafting an initial concept layout for budget estimation or full architectural plans suitable for construction, we work with our architectural firm partners to make our clients' visions a reality
- Other key services we provide during the process include- site consultation, site planning, home "finishes" selection assistance, and project estimation.
