The Chatham is a 1.5 story design and ranges from 2,824 to over 4,800 finished sq ft. The plan offers a private first floor master suite, open great room with fireplace adjoined by built in shelving, a gourmet kitchen with center island and dining area flanked by windows.  The second floor allows for up to three additional bedrooms and three private baths.
