Not only do we have a house of the highest quality, but the experience was enjoyable. The team that made our vision a reality included Tom, Ashley and Dan. Over the course of several design meetings, Tom deftly made structural changes to ensure the best use of space for our needs. Ashley made certain we were pleased with our many choices, both in-house and at local vendors. She helped us with the many details that are a part of house design. Dan handily ensured that the building process worked smoothly. He checked in with us regularly, always making certain that we were happy. Early on in the process, we decided to include solar panels. Evergreen worked together with us and with the solar company to ensure that the panels had not only a pleasing sight line, but also that all of the wiring was completed so as to be invisible from the outside. Even the shrubbery was intentional. Dan made every effort to find the exact plant materials according to our design. We appreciated the professionalism that we observed every day over the course of six months: strong communication, top quality materials and craftsmanship and the timeliness of each stage of the project. Our new home is lovely, warm and exceptionally functional. We would not hesitate to recommend Evergreen Builders.

The first house my husband and I ever built was with Evergreen. It was an enjoyable process from beginning to end. Anytime we had a question, the answers were timely and thorough. Each staff member was engaging and lovely to deal with. Tom, Ashley and of course Dan. We are so happy in our new home. It is exactly what we had hoped for.

We spoke with several builders in the area, but never walked away from those meetings feeling like the team saw our vision and could help us make it a reality. From the design phase of working with a draftsman to get the perfect layout, to finalizing finishing interior choices with Ashley and the long-anticipated final walk through with Dan, Evergreen was professional, responsive, and always aiming to build us the perfect house. Everyone connected to Evergreen has been professional and quick to provide answers when we reached out, but we think Ashley and Virginia are your secret weapons; make sure you keep them happy! Both of them always had a smile on their face and in their voice, and Ashley made the daunting options/choices process approachable and fun. Dan was a great project manager, answering our endless questions, and pulling everything together. We found him working on site many weekends, something we’re sure isn’t the norm. Just Dan being Dan! Be assured we will recommend Evergreen whenever the chance arises, and are happy to make the house available if you have clients who want to see our model.
